cacao hike (mount falcon)

We will meet at Mount Falcon Park in Indian Hills, Colorado at 6pm. After hiking a short distance together, we will settle down in a spot with mountain views where we will meditate (seated, guided meditation), drink ceremonial cacao, set intentions, and open the space up for sharing (if you choose; silence is always welcome). Please wear appropriate clothes/shoes for hiking/being outdoors (layers are best!) and bring something to sit on (eg, blanket, towel, tapestry), a journal/pen, water, and a snack.

This event is weather dependent. In the event of inclement weather, we will provide the option for a refund or to reschedule.

We love pets, but in order to minimize distractions and protect the sacred space that we hope to create, we ask that you please not bring your pet(s) to this event.

Please contact us ahead of time with any food allergies, if you are taking any prescription medications, including (but not limited to) antidepressant, cardiac, or blood pressure medications, and/or are pregnant or breastfeeding, so we can discuss modifying your cacao dose.
