Our online classes are offered as a 6-week series once every season. Meditation classes consist of discussion around a specific topic, journaling, sharing (if you choose), and a guided meditation.

During this self-paced online course, you will learn how to bring consciousness, intention, and ritual into your daily life, enabling you to experience life on a deeper, more connected level.
